Emtbm aims to:
- Operate exclusively for religious and charitable purposes.
- Study, Promote understanding and practice of Theravada Buddhism in respect to its philosophy, culture, tradition and heritage.
- Establish a place of gathering for all people regardless of race, and ethnic background, promotiong mutual respect, peace and unity:
- Conduct religious celebrations on notable Religious Festival days in Theravada Buddhism: and
- Promote collaborations and friendships with other Buddhist societies in Canada and beyond.
Our current and future activities include:
- Dhamma Talks and meditation sessions
- Dhamma classes for children and adults
- Ceremonies on auspicious Buddhist religious days
- Providing spiritual guidance and counselling
- Giving religious sermons and merit sharing ceremonies as and when required
